“FLSB ask for Statement of CMI to be filed separately. Right now Jubilee programs files it with the petition. How do I separate it and file it separately within Jubilee or do I have to file that manually? On a separate note, without having to post an additional thread, can you add FLSB local form 10, “Declaration Regarding Payment Advices”?”
In the case go to Electronic Filing; click on Add ECF Event, enter a Document Name, in related ECF Event, choose Means Test and enter Description (Not required). Click on Save & Open. In the Update Forms & Documents for Means Test. Highlight Chapter 7 (or Chapter 13) Statement of Current Monthly Income and move to right side.
