New feature!

  • VAEB – Option to not default “special class” on student loans.

  • VAEB – Added Support for Local Form Summary of the Proposed Loan Modification.
  • VAEB – Added Support for Local Form 1325 Certification.
  • VAEB – Added Support for Local Form 1328 Certification.
  • Added Support for OKWB Chapter 13 Plan.
  • Added Support for MNB Chapter 13 Plan.
  • KSB Chapter 13 Plan – Attorney signature block needed label “Bar Number:” before bar number.
  • VAEB -Added Support for Local Form 8203 Disclosure of Compensation (Richmond Division Only).
  • MIEB – Added Support for Statement of Attorney for Debtor(s) Pursuant to F.R. Bankr.P. 2016(b).

User Requests:

  • Added signature block for attorney & names of Debtors.
  • Expanded Functionality to Push Creditor Info to SOFA #6.
  • Add warning when CC cert has expired and client has to obtain a new one.
  • Attorney Disclosure – added option to strike thru instead of remove excluded sections.
  • Added Date of Birth to the Contact Export CSV file.
  • Allowed multiple ECF filing logins per Jubilee user account.
  • Added support for ordering credit reports with MFI Credit Solutions.

  • Fixed Bug With PracticePanther Sync Where Some Matters Were Not Syncing.
  • Fixed Issue with Fee Waiver where it doesn’t list multiple items in Line 16.
  • Fixed Issue When calling some text messaging numbers for firms you get disconnect notice or busy signals.
  • Fixed Issue Where Default user/role is not being assigned to Task Templates.
  • Fixed Issue with reprocess queue on Notices.
  • Fixed Issue with Invalid Payment Link for some Invoices.
  • Revised Debtor Extract File for CACB.
  • Monthly Expenses Display within Jubilee should match line 22c from Sch. J.
  • Fixed Issue with printing non filing spouses income on 122A of the MT form.
  • Error when ordering CIN Report when special characters in debtor name.
  • Sorted on POC on All Creditors Tab.
  • Added Autauga County listed as a County in the State of Alabama.
  • Fixed Issue Not selecting the Firm/Preparer info on the Proof of Claim.
  • Chapter 7 MT – Line 41a. – Need to include unsecured portion of priority creditors in calculation.
  • Fixed Issue with Saving on Chapter 13 Details Page when not setting a Plan Payment.
  • Chap 11 Ind Case – Fixed when select primarily business debts.
  • Needed a way to set start month for interest for a creditor in TXSB Mod.
  • Case > Income Summary: Error when NFS has been deleted.
  • Case > Income Summary: slow performance opening summary.
  • Fixed when populate Credit Counseling pdf from the Credit Counseling tab on Mac Safari.
  • Moveed Text Conversation from Prospect or Other Contact to BK Case.
