I don't file that many cases. I'm not busy enough for it to make a difference. I can't handle any more clients without hiring help. Now's not a good time.

This circular reasoning is the #1 reason why attorneys cannot grow their practices, and in turn, stay stuck. Stuck working into the wee hours of the morning, when they should be spending it doing things that fill their soul and fuel their work.
It's scary–we know & we've been there! But you cannot wait until you hit the point of being overwhelmed to start implementing new ideas and toolsets that will help your business grow. Because by then you have no bandwidth left to stop and implement them without neglecting other important aspects of your work.

Let us make the difference for your firm - keeping your clients happy, balancing your life and work, and ultimately making you more profitable.

at the end of the day it's just math right yep it's an equation um and i think before um the world we live in now uh a lot of clients that um i would come into their firm to make changes the the first goal was let's follow more cases um in chasing that filed number per month and i think what uh the positive spin on where what we're forced to live in today is why don't we start actually looking at our business and our efficiency levels and our technology and the way that we do business so that we don't have to file more and more and more cases where ultimately uh many of my firms who had got that top number of cases they wanted they found they were making the same amount of money you know 50 cases ago and so they're making um more liability and work for themselves with the same amount of profit but we we didn't see it and i think today's world is forcing us in this virtual setting everyone working from home and operating virtually to look at processes systems technology and operate in a way where from the cases we do file you know preserving and protecting that profit margin
